On behalf of Ps. Alberto Maleno, you are welcome to attend the meeting in Almería, Spain!

It will take place from Sept. 10, 2026 through Sept. 13, 2026. The main speakers are Ps. Greg Mitchell, Ps. Nigel Brown and Ps. Nomdo Schuitema. It will be held in a tent.

Please read the following information carefully:

Transportation

Pastor Maleno arranges a return trip from the airport.

  • Almería (LEI) to your hotel once you have indicated it through the online form.
    Please note that this form is for the Dutch municipality only.
  • NOTE: If you arrive or depart from an airport other than Almería, or if you are staying at another hotel (not booked by Pastor Maleno), you are responsible for your own transportation and travel expenses to/from Almería.

Stay in a hotel or apartment in Almería

  • Choose a hotel room or an apartment
  1. Gran Hotel – completely renovated, across from the tent – room for two, including breakfast and taxes, € 110.
  2. Hotel Torreluz – including breakfast and taxes, € 81.
  3. Hotel Exe Almería – formerly AC Hotel – Pastor Mitchell is staying at this hotel – including breakfast and taxes, €110.
  4. HO Apartments – excluding breakfast, € 80 (including taxes). Apartments only suitable for a maximum of 2 persons.
  • Pastor Maleno will make reservations for the hotels or HO apartments.
  • Reservations for a triple room cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you wish to stay at another hotel, you must make your own reservations.
  • It is NOT possible to stay with a host family.

Flight
You will need to book your own flight. Preferably to/from Almería airport. (This way you will save travel time and transportation costs). Book your flight tickets as soon as possible.

Registration
Discuss your plans with your pastor. Once you agree, you can register by filling out the registration form (see below).

Confirmation
Once you have completed the registration, click the Submit button. You should see a confirmation appear on your screen immediately. Pastor Maleno will be notified of the data entered.

The deadline for submitting names and preferred hotels is July 31, 2026.
