A: In the tent itself, no food and drinks are allowed except for a bottle of water. On the Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht, there is a water tap point where you can refill your water bottle; this is located near the bicycle cellar. Additionally, there are various food and drink establishments on the Jaarbeursplein.
A: There are no toilets on the Jaarbeursplein itself. However, there are public toilets at the adjacent NS train station. From Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the main entrance of Utrecht Central Station. This entrance is located directly opposite the square. You can easily walk straight into the station hall and go through the gates with your bank card, credit card or OV-chipkaart (public transport card). Follow the signs with the toilet symbol.

The use of the toilets costs €0.80, payable by debit card or contactless (no cash).
Extra tip:
At Hoog Catharijne there are also toilets, for example at One Hundred. You can reach these by going up the stairs via the Stationsplein to Hoog Catharijne and then immediately turning right.

The Jaarbeursplein is easily accessible for wheelchair users. There are multiple elevators providing access to the different levels and entrances. The routes are mostly on one level and equipped with ramps where necessary. There is also ample space for wheelchair users to move easily around the square and in the immediate vicinity. Follow the signage on-site, ask a staff member for assistance if needed, or fill out the contact form.
